Reid’s Cleaners is a service industry. Our goal is to make our customers satisfied and happy by providing quality work and friendly service. It takes a Team Effort to get our customers clothes marked in, cleaned, pressed, checked out, bagged, and back to the customer. In order to succeed we must all work together.
From Our Family To Yours
For over 30 years Reid’s Cleaners and Laundry has been serving the Austin area with the simple, yet powerful slogan Dedicated to Quality and Service. With this attitude, Reid’s Cleaners has established itself as one of Austin’s premiere dry cleaners.
Quality and service have been Reid family traditions for three generations, and that continues today with Reid’s Cleaners. Reid’s Cleaners is family owned and operated by the Reid family: Tommy and Mason, and their sons, Michael and Travis.
Our first Reid’s Cleaners and Laundry was started in Austin, Texas in 1986, and since then the Reid’s Cleaners name has grown to currently serve its customers with 17 different locations in and around the Austin area. Reid’s also has six plants and 11 sub-stations, in addition to a pick-up and delivery service.
Reid’s partner, Joe Clifford, co-owns and operates four stores in the Round Rock area.

In the Community
Reid’s Cleaners and Laundry has long been an advocate for youth activities and education, and has shown this through several methods of support in our community. We believe in being a strong part of the community that has been so wonderful to us over the years.
